The three-page article includes many examples of our work, such as Swarovski crystal earrings from Karina and one of my recent floral images from my work as a fine-art photographer.
The British Institute of Professional Photography has just published an interview I recently had with Jonathan Briggs, the editor of the BIPP’s “The Photographer” magazine, on the challenges of fine art photography and how modern technology can be used to help the process of creating the images.
The 8-page article is illustrated with a range my photographs, including some from recent trips to the UK’s Lake District and western Scotland and also floral and animal images.
The interview can be read by clicking on the JPEG image below, which will open a new browser window. Please then click on the open image to enlarge it to full size.
Many thanks to Jonathan Briggs and the BIPP for the great article.
A quick few shots of my prints at the “Totally Photographic” group exhibition at the Sea Pictures Gallery in Clare, Suffolk, UK.
Today’s launch went well, with most of the photographers present and plenty of interest in all the artists’ work from the gallery’s visitors.
The show introduces work by Rado Klose, Tony Othen and Emily Harris. Regular gallery photographers also feature, including Rebecca Nason and Trevor Allen.
The exhibition is being held between 3rd March and 11th April 2011.

The East Anglian Daily Times, here in the UK, have run a three-page profile in their weekend supplement on my work, background and recent awards.
We talked about how I gained an interest in photography all those years ago, ideas behind the photographs, some of the challenges encountered and other topics. The article featured many images, including those from the Behind The Eyes series and seascapes.
Very many thanks to Arts Editor Andrew Clarke and the EADT for putting together a great article!
I’ve recently supplied new photographs to Arcangle Images, the UK / Spain-based fine-art image library I’ve been working with, with more to follow over the next week or so. Clicking on the daisy image will take you straight to the website collection.
Hope you’re all having a great Easter break.
